DSP algorithms for a 3 phase 4 quadrant electrical energy meter based on a Motorola DSP56F805 DSP processor.
The algorithms should measure:
1. Phase Volt
2. Phase Current
3. KW
4. KVA
5. KVAr
6. Power Factor
7. KVAh
8. KVArh
Oversampling and averaging shall be used to improve accuracy and S/N ratio of the A/D convertors.
Source code should primarily be developed in C; however to satisfy performance requirements, portions may be developed in assembler.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
Targeted development IDE is CodeWarrior(TM) Development Studio for 56800/E Hybrid Controllers. However, software may be developed on another platform so long as there is no difficulty compiling software in CodeWarrior IDE.
