Why is IIS Crashing? Experts, Help Me Debug

We are attempting to debug an ASP.NET application that keeps resetting our application pool. Checking our Event Viewer, we're getting these messages quite frequently: *Application pool 'DefaultAppPool' exceeded its job limit settings.* And sometimes: *A process serving application pool 'DefaultAppPool' exceeded time limits during shut down. The process id was '185912'. * We're attempting to debug the reason for this error. Our site isn't especially busy and the errors are really causing confusion! We do have a number of long-running threads, but all connections are closed and we don't APPEAR to have long-running accidental loops! We need a coder to work with us in going through this, debugging, and trying to find where the error exists. We don't expect you to fix it... just to help us in the diagnosis, so we can say "ahh, it's in THAT function..." :) Please place your BID to assist you in debugging IIS and our ASP.NET application. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
