Complete Overhaul of existing site. Open to platforms, MLS integration. Project Specs Public Site Redesign of existing real estate site. Link available upon request. Script to update listings - downloaded and processed everyday via FNIS. Admin Side 1 - Lenders Lender Profile is managed by a super user. Lenders must be able to login and update financial rates. If rates are not updated within the last 10 days then the lenders information is unavailable. An auto-email should be sent to the lender warning them their info is about to be removed. Super user will need to be able to change the number of days and the profile should have an email list of who all gets the warning message. 2 – Open House Admins Open House Admin profiles are managed by a super user. Users must be able to login and update an open house list. There will be two ways for this to happen. 1 – a single entry. 2 – multiple entry. (either a multi line form, or a text upload)… 3 – Agent Area Agent profile is maintained by FNIS. Super User manages content Calendar Section Forum Section Event Photo Gallery – part of the Agent Area Easy way to upload and show images… Awards Program Tracks Agent Volume Super user will need to override some of the data that is pulled from FNIS Super user will need to add new data that is not in FNIS – Commercial Listings Other Features Auto Emails to Agents, Offices, and Superusers to report monthly volume Listings require a photo, if no photo is present an auto email is sent to agent and superuser. If listing is missing a photo after xx number of days then the listing is unavailable. Superuser will need to be able to change the number of days and be able to override the system.
