Website programming and design

Hi, We want an informative site being designed and programmed. Site will contain aprox 20 pages, a database (data entry)and a admin part. It's prefered that the site has to adjustable through a cms, but not necessary because we can work with dreamweaver. We are open for suggestions design can be simple but nice and functional. Site will be in Dutch, but can designed in english; it must be easy for admin to change the displayed html and (echo-ed) php. working site: Site contains homepage, 6 categories with database (adjustable). When a visitor clicks on a category the detailed search page appears for this category. The searched items are displayed on the same page. Search forms are dynamic (means that a search field can influence the next search field etc..). Visitor can click on the search results for more detailed information and a dynamic calculate and order page. Order is stocked in member account if available and may need custom work which is done by admin. Member has to log-in or register --> email registration first and then contact information sign-up. Membership for nr of months. Members have own account where they can edit, delete, add information for profile, category, information and calculation variables. Some data entry may be required (we have pdf documents). We have a detailed document for the winning bid, but this should be enough to place a bid. Payment will be done through gaf escrow and will be released after full satisfaction! 50% after first draft viewable at your site, 50% after transfering the files. Only bidders with similair projects or bidders who can show a preview/draft will taking into account. We expect high professionality in coding and a flexibel attitude concerning (little) changes in project, because the project isn't completely crystalised yet! So far, BESt Creative regards
