Talented .net c# sql developers with good english for long term project

We are an established UK dating and networking provider. We are looking to recruit 2 exceptional overseas developers to work on our projects. These are long term full time roles and we are not looking to outsource to a company, but to recruit individuals. We are looking for people who have experience of working on large scale Internet applications. Must speak excellent English. Have good experience of working with Microsoft .net and c#. You should also have a good knowledge of SQL. We are looking for one of the people to have a thorough understanding of configuring Microsoft Webservers and SQL servers.
