My SQL/ASP Tracking Database and Search Function for Membership Website

I already have a membership website. (Which I will include a zip file of everything) I need this site to be modified to include a tracking function for each member. Each member will be able to "Open" a new project, enter details about that project, and "Complete" their project with the click of a button. That project will then be recorded under their name and their schools name. (I will also include all of the required fields for each project) Also, It will need a search function. "Search Database" will allow members to search for projects. We plan on posting over 5000 community projects on this site so a search function is necessary. If a member is working on an animal preservation project, he/she should be able to search the project database and find a ton of information about that project. Last thing - the current Member Registration Page will need to be changed slightly. A GROUP LEADER will need to be able to sign up and START A NEW GROUP/SCHOOL. When a new member signs up, he/she will need to have a pull down menu of schools/groups to choose from upon registration. This way, their projects will always be tied to their group. I should be able to SEARCH for "Chan's Martial Arts" and be able to pull up every project that the students of that school completed. So... 1) Be able to record projects. (Open, Edit, Complete) 2) Be able to search projects. (Search database for keywords in projects) 3) Group Leader Registration/New Member Registration tied together with a drop down menu on member registration. This is a list that is generated by 'Team Leaders' (a different type of paid member) who can create a new group When this "Team Leader" signs up for a new group to be created, they will need to fill in this additional "Group" information.
