Website should mimic: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Administration of website should mimic [login to view URL] login: real password: estate Graphical design elements will be provided by customers, but coding should be done in a way so as to allow for easy templating. You should have experience working with MLS services, and MLS IDX data conversion program should transfer and convert property listing data on a nightly routine. MLS IDX FTP information will be provided per MLS location. Best architecture suggestions would be to have MLS updates work on a scheduled task/cron job structure. Sample MLS data and access will be provided upon request.
## Deliverables
What We Need: All HTML/ASP backend and frontend (e.g.: admin and public) files required to make software work. All database engineering required for storage of data All cron scripts and cron jobs required to synchronize database with MLS services 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
Preferred platform is ASP/.net with MSSQL backend. If you can provide a compelling argument for an alternative architecture, it will be considered. Please provide: 1. Design time fee estimates 2. Duplication cost (cost to replicate the site for another domain, and a cost to replicate the MLS acquisition service for other MLS providers). 5. Maintenance costs Quality work can result in residual contracts, so be thorough in your descriptions.
