We have a circulation management system developed in FileMaker Pro 8.0
We need to make modifications to fields and some of the reports.
There will be three or four new fields in the contact table (adding company type, job info, #of employees etc.)
We also need to modify the fields to better track the source of the subscription (paid, request by phone or fax or email or web etc)
We also need to add a field for audit verification (ie. day of birth, letter of month of birth etc.
The reports are straightforward....%of request vs paid vs controlled.
Basically we need to be able to produce reports that verify our circulation database for external auditors. A look at the ABC (audit bureau of circulations) website may help understand our needs.
