Link youtube videos to member profiles

I currently run a social networking websites with member profiles. The website is written in .asp

I would like for my members to be able to associate their youtube video to their profile.

Basically my member would copy/paste the youtube video code and paste it in their profile on the site. Once someone looks at the members profile that youtube video will be there for other members to click on and play the video.

2nd part of this script, all videos would need to go thru an approval process. Which means when a member submits a new video there should be a piece of code in my back office where I can approve/decline their video. A link to the youtube video is fine. I just need to be able to see the video before I approve any new videos.

Once the video gets approved/declined, member gets email and the video either gets posted to the members profile or if declined it does not get posted.
