Handling Oracle Blob in ASP

I am using ASP, Oracle ODBC Driver 8.1.7 Oracle BLOB. The blob column has chunck of data which has to be displayed in the browser (IE) in PDF format. The coder should give a working code. Bonus is given if done in 12 hours.
