Hi, This can be achieved by designing a C# win-forms application. Application will have option to choose excel file. Once file selected, it will show all data in grid and when pushed to database, all data will be saved in SQL tables. I have 9 years experience in C#, Win-Forms, ASP.NET/ MVC with Jquery/Ajax and for services using WCF/Rest WCF/Rest Web ApI and SQL Server 2008/R2/2012 for back-end.
