VB6 to ASP and/or ASP.NET Conversion

I have two Visual Basic projects (attached) that I would like to have converted to ASP and/or ASP.NET. I do not want to use any DLL's or ActiveX controls for these projects. The minimum would be to create them in classic ASP but I would like to get bids to do both ASP and ASP.NET at the same time. The projects are software based simulations that show some realtime updating controls (please refer to the projects to see what I mean). I would like the web based versions to demonstrate the same functionality. Perhaps the updating controls could be built in flash or be built through some clever use of DHTML. These projects are to be designed to work primarily in MS Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher. Cross browser functionality would be desirable but not required. It would also be desirable and possibly required to have the graphics redone to make the entire interface look very professional and fit within the browser environment.
