Animated poll

I need a simple asp page with a thre questions and matching flash animations (emoticons) for the answer. The first will have multiple p[ossible answers on a scale of 0 to 100 The second will be how much do you like ??? and the animation will show a face in various states from very sad to very happy, including OK fairly happy, fairly sad. The third will be a yes no. These emoticons should be very flexible so that I can change the text which appears and changes as the slider is cdragged by the user. User drags a slider and the expression changes to denote the users reaction.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) A sample web page inluding the emoticons a simple asp page which collects the results and outputs them in a messagebox. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
