adjust a couple lines of code for upload script

simple request [my time is running out]

1. look at the enclosed zip file

2. run the file [url removed, login to view]

3. it basically populates a field with a value of an image

4. in this case we are using tif files for cad drawings

5. when you select image it populates the field with the image

**simple right***

2 issues:

1. when the image populates it puts the prefic /images in front of it, I need this removed

2. When you click on upload, I need it to upload a .tif file, right now it will only work with gif and jpg. so the validation code needs to be tweaked
