298008 Online lottery

I am looking for a script that makes it possible to arrange a online lottery. The solution must be able to accept payment throught [login to view URL] and moneybookers.com. Users should be able to purchas as many tickets as they want and then be transfered to pay with paypal or moneybookers Users will need to enter their e-mailadress and username (no validation necessary) on the forum that are running this lottery. Auto-notify all ticket holders about new prizes added or a bigger pool of tickets. The admin interface/option should include the following: - Add custom ticket number ranges. - Choose if members get random assigned ticket numbers or if members can choose their own ticket numbers. - Set a max number of ticket sold and then automatically draw winners when this number is reached. - Set the number of prizes and upload both multiple or single pictures of the prize(s) - Custom ticket price Who ever creates thismust be willing to offer support/correction of bugs for as long as possible.
