We need an application that will allow members to keep track of their collection of lottery tickets. And show aggregated values of everyones tickets on a publicly available page. The interface will allow them to: *view a database of all the lottery tickets available on a state by state display *It will allow them to mark the tickets that they have, the tickets they dont have, and list the amount that they would be willing to pay someone else for the tickets they dont have. *aggregate the prices each user is willing to pay for specific tickets into one display, so people can see who has made an offer for each ticket, and how much the offer is. *It will also allow an administrator to add tickets to each states database, and support at least a 1 thousand users. *It will allow users to print a list of the tickets they dont have. *Have the ability to calculate the value of a users collection by multiplying the aggregated amount by the tickets they currently have in their collection. *display highest offer in the generic display.
