Android GCM and dialog notification mockup app

We are going to create an Android application using GCM. Before developing a real application, we would like to do some technical investigation. In this project, we would like you to create a mockup application which uses GCM notification with some options. Please use native Java. No PhoneGap or Titanium. The program should run on Android 2.3+. We need both of binary and source. The server code should be written in PHP. Should run on PHP 5.2 server. Please upload the PHP script on your server so that your apk binary run it. (of course you can delete it after the project end) We also need that PHP source code. Since this is a mockup, use a dummy app name like GcmMockup. See the attachment file for details. Thanks in advance.
