Urgent work: .CSV values to Wordpress Page. (Plugin)

Hi, I need a wordpress plugin that will create a page passing one URL value: "?s=" this will be the .CSV url to use: [login to view URL] The wp page will be accessible trhough a URL like this: [login to view URL] The work is divided in 2 parts: 1- Get the .csv values in my wp page 2- Add another static elements to that page with the layout described in the .doc This is the complete project description with the screenshot about how result should look: [login to view URL] I offer for this work $120
