351015 PHP/Ajax Multi-Form Submit

Start here to get an idea of what is required: [login to view URL] The idea is to allow the visitor to create as many 'form rows' as required and then submit all the data into the database table. 1) Need a function that will create additional forms/fields as many times as the user clicks the "Add New Form" button. In other words, a new duplicate form would be created IE Five button clicks = five blank forms. 2) The user completes all the form fields and then submits all the fields into the same MySQL table. - Forms must still be able to work jQuery Form Validation plug-in. MySQL database is ready to go. - Would prefer to use jQuery to handle as much of work as possible (but not required) My current script already saves a single form to the database.
