PHP, AJAX Assistant

I want to say hi to all freelancers before I go any further to the criteria of this open bid. First of all I want a freelancer and not a company who provided any freelancer because I need to talk to the freelancer directly. The freelancer should able deliver by due date and be responsible and please remember this project was a project assistant and I don't need offer such as any developer with high bid because all I need is an assistant. Freelancer should be able and have well understanding in the terms of HTML technologies, all details will be provided in Private Message. Before we go any further you should proof your ability by create the test that I will be asking at the first step of the project and then we can go further in the near future.
