Customizations required for a joomla based escort script

What i mean here is that the script has a lot of inbuilt functions and i need to remove many of them so the user can have a better experience using the website (the escorts can fastly public their ads and the visitors can find the escorts easily). i also need to change the pages' urls structure and to have total seo control on each single page. i will send a doc file with more details to you privately (if i think you can be a good coder for me).
