Strict requirements: 1) Individual only please. Companies do not waste your time and your connects. 2) Must be innovative with modern mobile and web UX trends. 3) Familiar with Agile methodology and tools like Trello JIRA etc. 4) Punctual and who can say firm 'NO' and must be time bound. 5) Use "UX pro" at first line on your proposal. Otherwise your bid is wasted. We require a good UX designer and a HTML5 designer. Screening procedure: First we will shortlist among all bids over all the job portals by this week and shortlisted candidate will be contacted. Next an onscreen video call screening will be done where candidate needs to accomplish some small tasks. If you are agreed with this, only bid. Payment procedure: Mainly weekly or forth night according project which will be escrowed (milestone) to this portal. Also we are looking for candidates willing to work 28K-32K INR per month which will be divided weekly 7K-8K INR or forth night 14K-16K INR and will be released from escrow (milestone) according to completion of works. About us: We are a Digital Marketing Organisation and we are powering a SaaS based startup and hiring for the same to build a trust worthy, reliable team.
