We are a high volume kindy photography business in Australia. We need a fast, reliable freelancer to assist with the volume task of culling images, colour correcting & cropping. Our RAW files need to be output to jpegs, to our specs. Images need to be checked for kids runny noses and corrected and there will be the odd sibling photo that requires a head swap. We have the files loaded up by the same time each day ACST - we need each job returned inside 18 hours. Feb to June - there is ON AVERAGE 3-4 days per week a job will come through, July to early December 4-5 days per week a job coming through. As a guide a large job will have 1000-1500 raw files that need to be culled to approx 80-120 finished JPeg files. A small job will have 600-1000 raw files that need to be culled to approx 50-70 finished JPeg files. Every week during school terms there is a mix of large and small jobs. We end up with 200-400 finished files each week (on average - start of the year it is a bit lower). We want to find a long term working partner who can meet our needs and deadlines to assist us with this task. Please give us an indication of how long you would anticipate it taking to complete a large job and small job based on the specs above. Jobs start coming through from Feb 8.

Hello, I would like to work with you, I have experience in editing photos in Photoshop and I have a very good reputation on this site and I'm going for more! I would like to see an example to estimate the time, I understand that if it is a touch-up to remove mucus it is something simple, but changing a head can take a long time, especially for the hair.
