Adjusting two old images

I have black-n-white photocopies of two old images of my home building. These two images show the original blueprint of the floor I live in, and the the exterior of the building. My plan is to print these images on some old-looking brown paper, frame them and hang them on my apartment wall. There are some problems with these images. Firstly, these images are photocopies so they contain more content than just the original paper on which the image is drawn. Secondly, the images contain some noise or dots here and there, probably from the photocopying. Thirdly, the images are in black-n-white. I would like to have these images to be adjusted in three ways: Crop and straighten the images so that only the original paper is shown. As they are photocopies there is some extra around the edges. Clean up some of the noise and impurities in the image that were left during the photocopying. Add some color to the images. I don't want the images to be fully black-n-white, but I don't want the coloring to be too perfect either. The original images are from the 1920s, so the coloring could be slightly dimmed/old-looking as well. For the coloring of the exterior image I have attached a modern image of the building to show the colors. For the coloring of the blueprint, I have no clear idea how to do, but the colors should somehow go together with the colors in the old exterior image as the pictures will be hanged next to each other. Also, on the blueprint image, I would like to subtly highlight my apartment. I have attached another copy of the blueprint image that shows which apartment it is.
