Create animation of building being constructed (3DS Max Vray) + 3D photo realistic images of 5 building designs from CAD drawings

I have CAD architectural drawings for 5 different buildings (most are very basic designs) that I want modeled and rendered in 3DS Max Vray for a marketing presentation. The rendered images need to be very realistic. I will also supply a 3D image of a similar building that was done for me by someone else which we are looking to improve on. I will require 3 external and 1 internal high res PDF shots of each 3D drawing that will need to be printed out on A2 for marketing purposes. We will discuss the details of the colors, shots and angles once you start working on the model. Each design will require a short animated sequence that will illustrate all of the construction pieces coming together while panning to create the finished building and then fade to the 3D photo realistic picture with our logo. Due to deadlines, this project will be awarded as soon as possible and you must be able to deliver in the time frame agreed upon.
