architectural pictures retouche (beach house)

Looking for: Photoshop expert to correct architectural photos (design beach-house for rent) Photos have been taken before redecoration of the house. We need someone to make pictures more attractive (design-like) perfection is needed. There are 24 pictures to correct. Some of them have their original HD version (not all) but for all of them we provide already modified but not perfect versions. Expected output should be in .jpeg web resolution format.
