download my photos from flickr and upload on my server

I have a flickr acount and need to access my photos. But I am in China and flickr and donwloading service blocked. I tried for 4 hours now and find no solution to access my picutres so maybe you can help. You go to my account at [login to view URL] download 460 picutures and send them to me or upload on my server. If you are not in part of the world where [login to view URL] blocked simple. Therefore I only want to pay max of $20. So please bid for 30 and tell me if you can do it for less. I think there is even an automatic donalod but I cannot access it.
