Hello, I am looking for someone that can design me a simple online petition website script where people can add their names to a petition. I host with bluehost.com. I would like the petition to be the main body of the web page. I would like some header footer areas where I can insert my own text. I am very good with HTMl but am very stupid with PHP, MYSQL, etc! I just need a simple petition software or any software that will allow a large amount of names to be entered into the petition. Ideally, I would like the user to be able to enter their name, state and maybe a brief comment. If you have a screen shot of your software or script that would be great.
