As part of developing a news agent I am planning to have an application that consists of Perl scripts below ported to C# or VB.net. As deliverable I would need source-code, an ActiveX DLL that I can use in Visual [login to view URL] and VB, and documentation. I will not need the plugin's or testing environment that is part of this project, just the core summarization functionality.
