Request for Proposal - Social Networking Website

I need custom proposals written for a social networking website. This will be a local social networking website. Basically, I need a custom proposal written from each client. I have a $1000 budget here - the provider who offers the most features and functions of the website (including designs) wins the bid. This proposal should be 100% custom - I need a list of each feature that will be installed, and how long each feature will take. I need this proposal in 12 hours, because we are deciding tomorrow. Proposal needs to include: -What features/designs I will get for $1000 -How long each feature will take -6 Milestones in which we are able to update the client with something VISUAL -Additional features you would recommend, and price/time for each one Thanks!
