18942 Modify SmartSearch.cgi

I need to modify an existing Perl script. It works just like any other pay-per-click search engine script. I need it to do a few extra things: I want to be able to offer my advertisers a membership. I will charge a recurring fee per year. This fee will be set in my admin section. This membership fee will allow advertisers to show their links for 360 days from the day they fund their account. This set fee is also their defualt spending limit per month (30 days). They will still bid on keywords but if they spend this default fee then their search listings are disabled until they deposit more funds or until the next 30 day interval starts (wich ever is first). If the default fee is not spent then the remaining funds dissapear and everything starts all over for the entire length of the membership. I also need to add another external feed such as [login to view URL] to allow for fill in empty searches and to fill in with more searches after my advertiser's.
