VB.NET Developer

I'll be developing a rather large application that will be accessed by multiple users over a local network. There is more work than I can complete in the given time frame, so I need one or two skilled developers that can assist me. To be considered you MUST be a native English speaker (or at least speak English well enough to fool me). I'm not looking to work with a development firm at this time - only freelancers. Due to the nature of this application, an understanding of developing multi-user applications that run over a network is key. If you think you have what it takes, please include the following in your response: A. A link to your portfolio or resume in .doc(x) or .pdf format. B. Your hourly rate and time zone. C. A BASIC answer to the following question. Please note that I don't need to see a bunch of code to know that you know what you're talking about: Assume that you have a Windows form application with a single userform. That single userform has a textbox object on it. The application is accessed by multiple users over a network, and only one user has write privileges. When that user changes the value of the textbox object, how do you ensure the other users see the updated value WITHOUT first storing the new value in a DB? Only responses that have addressed the aforementioned requirements will be considered. I have worked with developers in the past whose lack of ability cost me a significant amount of time and client satisfaction.
