Write some Software

We are a construction company and need a small software which can help us to print (PDF) proposals and contracts (We usually send pdf files by email). We would like to have these sections in the proposal and contract formats: Header Date and reference number Job Title Customer details including company name, phone email and address scope of work then for each scope of work heading a detailed section to write details which means the software should generate boxes for each given scope of work heading. Payment details. Time frame Terms and conditions Then we also want to keep a record for each customer and for him generated pdf proposals or contracts. We also want to have a standard text for each service (usually mentioned in the scope of work) which can be edited once it pop up in the detail box. The final output pdf/word files should have very professional and unique look. First page showing just the name of our company and customer with the heading of proposal or contract ( I can provide a sample). PDF file should have our website blue and red color scheme, i can provide the details later. We will be very co-operative to provide all the details once we choose you for the project. The job is simple and it should be easy for us to use on a Macbook (if you can get it ready only for Windows then let us know) Please explain exactly how you will make our software and on which platform or language. You will also give us the coding for the software. Please let us know what is your favorite color when you bid otherwise we will not consider your offer because we do not like standard copy/paste bidders.
