Service to Auto Update a Google Docs spread sheet

We have some clients that we could connect remotely to them thru their Internet IP address, but some of the clients don't have a Static IP, so we want to have their current IP address stored in a Google Doc spread sheet, so we could have handy the IP address whenever we need it. This is what we need: A service should run on a computer to update our Google Doc spread sheet with the current IP address We should be able to set these setting for the service: a) How often the service should check its IP Address b) Service should save local its previous IP address, and if the service notices that the IP was changed update regardless. b) We should set a Client ID to find this id in Google docs, and in which column to search for it. c) Which column should get update with new IP address. d) User name and Password of DOC file. e) Save a log local, for each time checked and each time updated We use in house Delphi so we prefer this application to be written in Delphi, When application is done we need the source code at no extra cost.
