This is a Database Driven site Payment Terms 25% down 75% after Job is completed and uploaded to Customers site. If you don't agree with the Budget please don't bid. Our Customer is looking for a Website to be made that will promote any members website just by registering and completing the form and selection the promotions they want then with 1 click it will do all promotions at once. All the promotions done should be from a free source so we will judge the winner by bid plus the number or free promotions they can work into the site so remember after you bid please list the number of promotions you will include in the site. Members will pay a small membership fee after the first 30 days for the covenants of being able to use all the promotions at once. Around the top and sides of the site should be advertising space for banners. Should have a Database to manage members and have the ability to add new promotions as they come available.
