Need Custom Software to Transfer Data in Excel Spreadsheets

I have multiple spreadsheets that need data copied. For example, the attached file has a front page titled SUMMARY of all of the spreadsheet pages located BEHIND it. Each row is its own Well. I need data copied from the INSTALLATION AND TEST DATA table i.e.: Anchor 1 Size, Anchor 2 Size, Anchor 3 Size, Anchor 4 Size, Anchor 1 Extensions, Anchor 2 Extensions, Anchor 3 Extensions, Anchor 4 Extensions, Anchor 1 Test, Anchor 2 Test, Anchor 3 Test, Anchor 4 Test, Anchor 1 Distance to Well, Anchor 2 Distance to Well, Anchor 3 Distance to Well, Anchor 4 Distance to Well, Anchor 1 Seal No, Anchor 2 Seal No, Anchor 3 Seal No Anchor 4 Seal No. copied DIRECTLY into the Summary page of the spreadsheet into the columns I HAVE ADDED. You can see in the attached file where I have STARTED the work, but is not completely filled in.
I need custom software that can do this for me. I have over 700 files I need copied. The program has to be in English. But it can be programmed in any programming language. Be it C+, .NET, as long as it runs on Windows.
