This Excel add-in imports eBay orders from the csv file that eBay provides. Allows the user to edit the imported records, merges orders with the same recipient, and creates the invoices for all or selected orders, based on a predefined template, as well as shipping labels, picking lists and checklists. Invoices can be printed out, saved as PDFs and/or sent via email to the customers.
It also keeps a searchable "history" database, allowing to create reports, like "Recurring customers", best seller items, summaries for the # of customers per city or area, etc.

1. It keeps an database for a catering, including menus, items used for each plate, equipment, suppliers, and customers, allowing to add/modify/delete any record or field.
2. It includes a booking system, with a functional calendar. The user has simply to find the desired date to see if something has been booked for this date, or to add a new event of function. Double-clicking on this date's cell, a dialog allows her/him to add the details for this event, addresses, time, billing details, all ordered menus and items.
3. The program can create checklists for the functions and orders, in a weekly basis. It can calculate the needed items and quantities for the next week, send via email orders to the suppliers, and print order's details and checklists.
4. It also creates reports: Best sellers, recurring customers, revenue reports.
