I have 20 years of experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL and have worked on many data migrations like this before. I presume you have already tried: mysqldump --compatible=postgresql and this has proved insufficient to successfully import all the structures and data. I can deliver this as a set of scripts that will do the following: 1) Convert your MySQL data structures into a format that postgresql can ingest 2) Connect to running MySQL and PostgreSQL databases simultaneously and read data from MySQL and write it into PostgreSQL, fixing up any data compatibility issues along the way. Typical problems encountered during migrations like this fall into two categories: 1) Structural incompatibilities between the two databases, e.g. enums, auto_increment vs. serial, unsigned integers 2) Data incompatibilities between the two database, e.g. dates - MySQL will treat 9999-99-99 as a valid date while PostgreSQL actually performs full date validation on date fields.

Hi Thanks very much this is a difficult job as the id of the tables has to be intact for work the program properly. what i would suggest is to create a script in any language and then have a source database and destination database and then copy each data from each table to it. i will create this script for you if you give me the source table test file , i will simulate on my local machine and then will give you the script to run on the server do this.
