Write a simple ethernet UDP discovery Android application

Please refer to the attached document. 1) Create an Android smartphone/Tablet app which (when opened), automatically broadcasts the string “Discovery: Who is out there?")” on UDP port 30303 and listen for the responses (also on UDP port 30303). 2) Any valid responses which contain the IP Address, Hostname etc should be parsed out (usually there will only be one device responding on a domestic LAN). 3) If just one IP address is returned, automatically open that IP address in a web browser. 4) If two or more IP addresses are returned, display a popup asking the user to select the device they wish to view (according to Serial Number), once a user makes a selection, the IP is opened in the web browser. 5) Once the web browser is opened and a page loads successfully, automatically close the app.
