Looking for mobile app developer that can simply write native app in these platforms (Windows Phone 8.1 Universal app, iphone, ipad, android) that uses the OS built in browser as a wrapper on web app URL that I will provide. So when the user installs the app and runs it, the native app will have the browser component embedded and will use that to open the web app using hard coded URL I will provide. 1. For windows phone 8.1 you must use C# using visual studios 2013 that supports universal app support. I want the app to work on phone and Windows 8.1. 2. For iphone app use xcode 6.1 using objective-c. 3. For ipad use xcode 6.1 using objective-c. 4. For Android use java and eclipse. This is simple native app and not other thing is needed for this project. Note: I will create milestone but the code must be sent for me to verify on all the devices listed above before I can release the final payment. Thanks!
