Write an iPhone application with Bluetooth for OBDII

This sounds interesting. Can you explain a little bit more what features the app should have? Besides, I am software developer for more than 20 years (C,C++,Java), dedicated iOS developer for last 5 years (Objective-C) and mostly working on projects in Swift for last year.
