Write an iPhone application

I'm currently developing a card / board game and I'm trying to cut back on a lot of the physical elements to reduce the packaging. I want a simple app that can be downloaded alongside the game to assist people to play the game. The majority of app is functional from 1 screen and I can show how I would like the design with a couple of mockups that I have produced. The app will allow players to select rounds using a random outcome generator. There will aso need to be a random number generator and a timer that can be set by the player. take screenshots in app that can be drawn on and type into a notepad.
