Write an Android & Iphone application

CashMobile is a simple and secure service for managing electronic purse (e-wallet) and make financial transactions from their phone or online. I need a mobile app (Android, Iphone) to connect via webservice to Cyclos (banking software) server to manage mobile payment. This app will be used by : agent (broker), merchant (POS), professional. All the features are already available on the Cyclos server via webservice. All you need to do is to develop the app with these features : Depositing money into his account (Bailing) ( cash-in) to deposit money into his account option is available to the user: The User Go to a certified agent: the individual goes to an agent with his phone to make the deposit account. This is an agent with a NFC smartphone and authorized to make transactions (transfer, cash-in, cash-out, etc.).Process: 1- The Agent click the Transfer button application on their smartphone. 2- the Agent enter the amount. 3- the agent enter the phone number or email client or activates the NFC detection feature by approaching the user's card or the NFC tags. 4- the agent clicks the Transfer button to confirm the transfer. 5- If the amount is allowed to be transfered, the user enter his PIN via the virtual keyboard of the smartphone. Otherwise the system rejects the transaction. If the PIN is valid the system debits the account of the agent and credit the customer's account. 6- The customer receives a text message confirming the transaction. 7- The agent receives a notification to confirm the transaction. the same feature will be implement for withdrawals too. Features : Agent perform these actions : - Deposit (Cash-In) : User deposit money on their mobile account - Withdrawals (Cash-Out) : User withdraw money on his mobile phone account. - Register User and activate NFC card or tags for the user (each user has one phone number and one NFC card or NFC tags) - Transfer money to another account. Merchant : - Receive payment with NFC smartphone from User's tags or from User's NFC card. each payment or transaction will be confirmed by PIN of the payer. Please see the Cyclos 4 app on google play. All the design will be provide and the cyclos app on google play can be use as an example to implement features.
