Write an Android & iphone app : mobile wallet & payment (Angular/ionic)

We are going to use Cyclos ([login to view URL]) server to launch a micro finance service and a related payment/ewallet mobile. We need someone to develop 2 mobiles app (one android and the other android & iphone) with angular 2 & Ionic. Features for our app are available via Rest API with Swagger ([login to view URL]). 1) We need a mobile app for agents (courtiers) with these features : - Register user to the system (name, phone, email, photo, photo ID, etc) - photo ID will be used to capture some texts, pictures and validate profile picture with Google Vision API. - Make transactions for users. (cash-in, cash-out, transfert to internal or external user, Bill payment, etc) - Reports (total income, number of transfer, graph statistics, etc) 2) We need another android/iphone app for Customers / Professional account (Professional services or shop POS) with these features : - Send money to other user via phone, email, contact or send to external user. - Send request payment to other users . The user have to validate the transaction via a virtual keyboard on the app with his PIN code. - Pay at a POS using QR code, number etc. - add or remove user from contacts - Find agents or merchants on map (use openstreetmap) - Transfer from e-wallet to bank account. - Pay Bill (data internet, water, electricity, etc) - Mobile Top up (recharge mobile credit phone) - Mobile ATM (Find other user on openstreet map to make withdrawal/cash-out). And make transaction, give review on transaction. (request cash feature like Uber for cash) - Merchants/professional can setup their services/products. - Reports (total send, total receive, graph statistics by week/month/year), total payments, etc) - Users can find other user on map (request cash features). - Configure Cyclos to use openstreetmap. - Use USSD push to confirm payment (transactions).
