Todo app using Flutter

Hello! I am looking for developer for my Flutter app. I have an idea of an app. I would like the app to have such functionality: It is a todo app, very simple. Don’t focus on UI (text size, precise margin does not matter). It contains 4 screens: Today, History, Profile and Add new todo item. (Blank splash screen would be nice) I want it to have bottom navigation. The main requirement is the good architecture of the app. I want the app to have redux or bloc as state management. I want the app to have sqflite as local storage. No network connectivity is needed, but it should be easy to add it in the future (Repository pattern is preferred). I really need the code to be maintainable and extendable. As the app is the simple one, I would like it to run on iOS without any additional changes to the code needed (please use material widget pack). There is custom logic regarding how and how much todo items the user can add, but I would like to discuss it only if you agree to all requirements described above. I will send the design of the screens needed (but the design is really simple). My budget is around 150-200 euros. So if you can add code for future internationalization of the app, and support for dark/light theme in that budget, that would be nice. If no, that is ok too. I would like this functionality to be finished in one month. If you think that this amount of work requires bigger budget or more time, I am ready to discuss it.
