Make a block for an app that i am building. It will need to be able edit and scan NFC chips and then have a recording or any file type uploaded onto the app. It needs to be possible for the block to have a recording feature, as well as upload files. This file or recording will have to be given a unique URL that is then put on the NFC chip. When the NFC chip is then scanned by another phone that has our app, the block will show the link, making it possible for the user to access the file uploaded. If this doesn't makes sense, feel free to question
