Ionic3 Mysql NodeJS

I would like to first create a base project. This is also to test out the skills of the person that I will need to engage further. For now, I need the developer to do the following. 1. Create a mobile app using ionic 3 that perform (login, logout, register, forget password, user profile) that connects to a server mentioned in #2. 2. Create a server using nodejs working with mysql server 5.6 and integrate to the mobile app at #1. The server shall serve the (login, logout, register, forget password, user profile) 3. Register user will send an email to the user email. 4. User receive email and click validate their email before they can login to the mobile app 5. The mobile app should be able to have the feature "remember me". The next time the app is launched, user will not need to login until the user clicked logout. 6. In the server, the server will be able to view all registered user via the webpage.
