home automation app

this is a light/home automation app. all of the hardware infrastructure is already in place. we will be communicating with chips over wifi to get their states. i require 3 separate versions: iOS app, android app and web version. all from 1 codebase. so ideally something like ionic/cordova should be used for development. All platforms should have identical functionality for now. Ui/ux should be consistent too across all platforms All apps should have a user login system (email and password). And should cater for if a user forgets password. apps should be in such a way that they're accepted onto the google and apple app stores. I think it's important for a user to be able to register on the app or to at least show that they're interested and I should be notified about that and be able to communicate with them (via email) Try and support as much versions of iOS and android possible without compromising functionality. Login screens should also have "remember me" functionality so that users don't have to login each and every time they open the app. Once a user has logged in. They should be able to rename their lights to whatever they want and this should reflect across all platforms. A user should be able to control connections individually as well as control all devices at once The user should be able to see the states of the connection (light) as either "on","off" or "offline/unreachable" To demonstrate that you can access the features of devices. There should also be an option for users to login with fingerprint authentication depending on whether it's available on the devices that they're on. There should be an indicator to show whether or not commands are being successfully sent to the house Connections should be able to be made from both wifi as well as cellular connections Any changes should reflect in realtime across platforms. So if a light is switched on on an iPhone it should immediately show/reflect if other users are logged in on an android and on web without having to manually refresh the screen. Once logged in, there should be logout functionality Users should be able to control their homes both locally as well as remotely. there will also be a non disclosure agreement which will have to be signed prior to development starting.
