Hi, Overall I need someone who can create a Instant Messaging full app for me based on Telegram API. I have already created a website that is for mums where they submit their information. I will collect data from mums on my website. I will then group them into groups of 10 in excel. I will then need a developer who who will develop an app on telegram called Mummy Support with a pink and blue theme. Please use this link: [login to view URL] I will need to be able to input the different groups so that mums can communicate with each other. They should be able to send messages, pictures and voice recordings and potentially play games against other mums in the group. There also needs to be a section where mums can keep notes to themselves e.g. note to self. There could potentially be a timeline feature where users can input pictures, videos, voice recordings and messages at different dates for themselves. There needs to be a separate chat with members with all users and admin where only admin can send information. For example, in this group there can be 10,000 members and only one admin that is sending updates, messages etc.
