Problem Statement To build a mobile application which can facilitate an end to end process of architecture design , construction , vendor management and project delivery .This application will have the following actors ( users who will be using the application) ● Uniwork Executives ● Uniwork Customers ● Uniwork Vendors ● Uniwork Contractors Scope We will divide the scope based on actors of the applications which will be called as user personas .
